Common questions

Do I need cycling experience?

No. The routes are flat and short, and the bicycles have easy step-through frames.

What happens if it rains?

Message us to move your start time or cancel. There is no cancellation charge.

What if something breaks?

Message us and we will reach you inside the Fort. Every bicycle also includes a puncture kit.

Can children ride?

Yes. Tell us their ages so we can prepare suitable frames and helmets.
